How
We meet up on a seasonal basis. Planning and logistics are organized collectively.
This fund is an opportunity for folks interested in leading small community workshops around ancestral wisdom or practice in an effort to foster knowledge sharing, cultural exchange, and collective practice throughout our communities. Workshops could look like a cooking demo, a gardening activity, a craft, a dance class, a story circle, really any skills or knowledge you would be interested to share in community!
Accepted applicants will receive a $150 honorarium for their time and leadership as well as logistical and budgeting support for sourcing necessary materials. The expectation is for applicants to take lead in developing and facilitating the proposed event (including run of show, activities, etc.). Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis with the goal of having one community workshop per season. Apply to host your Community Workshop here!
